Assistant Professor

Over 30 years of leadership, management and professional experience in Fortune 100, and small technology firms in a broad range of areas such as: information systems, project management, human resources, strategic planning, and operations including multiple international assignments.

Over 15 years of graduate and undergraduate-level academic experience, and 10 years leadership coaching and organizational change management consulting for regional for-profit and non-profits firms.

Education:

D.P.S. (Executive Doctoral Program) in Management and International Business, Beta Gamma Sigma – Pace University
M.B.A. in Finance, with Distinction – Long Island University
Masters Certificate in Project Management – George Washington University
B.S. in Computer Science, Summa Cum Laude – St. John’s University

Experience:

Over 30 years of experience as a manager and leader in a wide range of positions while working in the I.T. discipline and International Energy industry. His positions include: Global Project Manager, Account Executive, Senior Consultant, Director of New Product Development, Program Manager, Manager of Process Improvement, and Coordinator of European/West African Operations. He was also a hiring manager, career adviser and college recruiter and is able to use this experience to provide a high level of student advisement. Over 10 years of consulting in Change Management, Leadership Coaching, and Project Management for a number of firms including a Canadian energy company, a process automation technology firm, a trading software company, a legal services firm, a non-profit student loan firm, and a state agency.
