Dominican University New York seeks an Executive Assistant for the Vice President of Institutional Advancement. The Executive Assistant provides support for the Vice President by performing office management duties as well as managing various programs on behalf of the VP. Duties include general clerical functions such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, sorting and distributing mail, preparing correspondence, maintaining files, coordinating meetings and ordering supplies. Maintain budget information for the VP. Serves as back up to the Database Coordinator and assists with special projects and other events and activities in the department.
Qualifications: Excellent organization, computer and communication skills. Maintains a high level of professionalism, integrity, trust and confidentiality. Proficient in all Microsoft Office products. Two years of College or relevant experience; Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
