MONDAY, OCTOBER 5TH

2pm – 3pm: Coping with Stress Session | Zoom
Discover breathing techniques and reflexology to help manage stress from Jan Jeremias; a Registered Nurse, Yoga Instructor, and a representative for doTerra Essential Oils. 

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6TH

2:30pm – 4:00pm: CAB Activity – Tie Dye Destress | Granito Patio
Studies suggest that crafting can significantly benefit your mental health. Destress by making your own tie dye masks! First come, first serve.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8TH

2:30pm – 4:30pm: Make Blankets for Ill and Traumatized Children | Back Gym – Hennessy
Not only does volunteering benefit others, but it’s good for you, too. Studies suggest that volunteering can enhance your happiness, boost your self-esteem, and add a sense of purpose to your life. A FREE STRESS BALL & T-SHIRT will be provided to attendees!
