Professor Kivlehan coordinates clinical placements in the MS-FNP program and teaches graduate nursing courses. She has over 25 years of professional experience as a staff nurse and certified family nurse practitioner. She has assumed various nursing leadership roles throughout her career, the majority of which was spent in an urban Level I trauma and burn center. Her clinical expertise is in Emergency Medicine. She is able to care for acutely ill and injured patients across the lifespan. She currently practices as an advanced provider in Emergency Medicine.
