Panelists

  • Alex Levy – Holocaust Survivor
    Fled Nazi Germany as a child and spent 2.5 years hidden in a convent in Belgium during WWII. Witnessed Kristallnacht and the growing antisemitism in Berlin.
  • Jill Enfield – Daughter of Holocaust Survivor
    Accomplished photographer and artist. Daughter of a survivor who escaped Germany in 1939.
  • Frieda Seidner – Holocaust Survivor & Author
    Author of Haunting Memories: That I Fight with the Strength that God Gave Me – An Autobiography
  • Ellen Dolgin, Ph.D. – Professor of English, DUNY
    Family members on her father’s side were killed in the Holocaust.

Cynthia Metcalf, Ph.D. – DUNY Adjunct Professor
Expert on Hitler and the Third Reich

Program Format

Each panelist will share their experiences, followed by a moderator-led discussion, with an opportunity for attendees to ask thoughtful questions.
