  • A personal statement. Your statement should be a minimum of one (1) – two (2) pages and should indicate why you have chosen this field of study. Include a discussion of your strengths and the challenges you may face while pursuing your degree or certification.

  • Advanced Certificate in Healthcare Management

Master of Science in Nursing

Three letters of recommendation, state-issued RN license, personal essay and an interview.  Letters of recommendation should be written by former or current work supervisors or instructors.

Doctor of Nursing Practice

Three letters of recommendation, state-issued  RN and Advanced Practice license, National Certification as an advanced practice nurse, a case study and an interview.  Letters of recommendation should be written by former or current work supervisors or instructors.

Doctor of Physical Therapy
