Summer Housing Period
May 26 – July 31 2026*
Guzman Hall:
- Two-person suit (double): has two private bedrooms, one full bathroom, with a double sink and a small common space in between the rooms.
- Four-person suit (quad): has four private bedrooms, two full bathrooms with two double sinks, a small living/dining area with soft seating and a dining table as well as a kitchenette (plenty of counter space and cabinets, a full-size refrigerator and microwave.
- No linens or toiletries provided.

Gender Inclusive Housing:
Available in Guzman Hall (two person suit).
Eligibility: To be eligible for summer housing, you must be a degree-seeking student at a college or university in the United States or aboard and either have an internship assignment or be registered for summer class DUNY or another local college or university. Documentation of your status may be requested at any time after you apply for housing.
Pricing: (utilities, tax included)
- Two-person suit: $300 per week per person
- Four-person suit: $350 per week per person
A $250 deposit will secure your reservation.
A $75 discount may be taken if the stay is paid in full prior to check-in.
