Please join us Thursday, 11/9, Palisades Room, Casey Hall, 11:15 – 12:30, to debunk common myths and learn safety protocol from our local expert Michelle Quinn, Capabilities/Epilepsy Society of Southern NY.

According to the Epilepsy Foundation, more than 3.4 million people are affected by epilepsy, making this condition the 4th most common neurological disorder in the world. In the U.S. alone, about 150,000 individuals are diagnosed annually; 1 in 100 has had a single unprovoked episode or has a diagnosis. 1 in 26 people will develop epilepsy in their lifetime.

Kindly RSVP.
