Feast of All Dominican Saints & Mass of Remembrance
Today we will celebrate Founders week with the Feast of all Dominican Saints and a Mass of Rembrance at 2:30 PM in the Motherhouse Chapel.
Living the Legacy with Melissa Lucido
Founders week continues with Melissa Lucido at 9:30 AM in the Palisades room.
Dominican University Alumni Melissa Lucido ’95 is a dedicated elementary school teacher who was named Teacher of the Year in her NJ district in 2016. At Dominican University, she was a member of the Aquin Players and loved acting and dance. Since 2001, Lucido has been coming back to Dominican University to serve as co-director and choreographer for the University’s Spring Musical. She was awarded the 2024 Outstanding Badami Alumna award.
Keynote with Sr. Venentia Mthembu
Join us at 12:45 pm in the Lawrence room for a Keynote on St. Martin De Porres: Sr. Venentia Mthembu
Sr. Mthembu is a Dominican Sister of Montebello, South Africa. She has received a B.A., M.A., and D.P.T. from Dominican University.Â
She has also served in leadership in her congregation and as a representative to African and International Sisters conferences. Â

Join the University community for Mass in the Rosary hall Chapel each Sunday at 7:00 pm.
