Begin the Lenten Season in Reflection and Community.
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent, a season of reflection, renewal, and preparation. We invite all students, faculty, and staff to join us for the distribution of ashes at either of our two campus services. Whether you have a full hour or just a brief midday break, we welcome you to participate.
Service Schedule | Wednesday, February 18
Morning Mass
- Time: 11:00 AM
- Location: Sisters of St. Dominic Motherhouse Chapel
Midday Prayer Service
- Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Location: Granito Extension
Please join us for our “finest hour” at our 5th Annual Doing Business Right (DBR) Night on Wednesday, December 3rd at 4pm in the Holt Room in the Hennessy Center on DUNY’s campus.
We call DBR Night our “finest hour” because it is when some of our top students share their best projects, internships, or other experiences with the DUNY community. In just over one hour, you will see:
The Market Research project conducted by our students for the Village of Nyack
A summary of our Palisades Institute research and forum on “Managing a Remote Workforce”
A Sports Media & Promotion project on NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness)
An Information Systems project conducted by IT students this semester
Four winning poster presentations for the Nike marketing project in our Senior Capstone
Highlights of student moderated podcasts from DUNIFY – our new space on Spotify
We will also preview some of the innovation and research that is taking place next semester – including work on tariffs and AI.
To hear more from our students and faculty, check out the many new podcasts on DUNIFY (on Spotify). You can also learn more about what our students are up to by following their posts @duny_biz on Instagram.
