Dr. Kelly has more than 35 years of experience providing physical therapy for individuals with various orthopedics conditions.  She is a board certified orthopedic specialist and is recognized as Fellow in manual physical therapy.  She is also credentialed as a certified exercise expert for aging adults.  Dr. Kelly’s doctoral research studied the effect of exercise velocity on functional outcomes of individuals undergoing rehabilitation following total knee replacement.  Dr. Kelly became a guest speaker at Dominican University in 2007 and joined the physical therapy department as part time core faculty in 2012.
