Executive Assistant – Office of Financial Affairs
Dominican University seeks a full-time Executive Assistant to provide support to the Vice President for Financial Affairs/CFO. Responsible for invoices, communicating with vendors, monitoring budget expenditures and creating variance reports. Duties include answering phones, preparing correspondence, sorting and distributing mail, file maintenance, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and ordering supplies. Assists in managing state and federal grants, coordinating activity in the event of insurance loss, generation of annual budget and some general accounting functions. Must be a dedicated, hard-working individual who can be trusted with confidential information. Excellent computer, organizational and communications skills required. Must be proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience required. Bachelor’s degree or some college a plus.
