The Mathematics Minor is for students who are interested in Math but want their primary specialization to be in other areas. The Minor is designed to give you a basic introduction to Mathematics while allowing freedom and flexibility in your schedule to pursue a wider range of interests.
Summary of Requirements
The Mathematics Minor consists of 18 credits, including Calculus I and II; either Introduction to Statistics or Inferential Statistics; either Differential Equations or Abstract Algebra; and two elective courses chosen from Probability, Inferential Statistics, Abstract Algebra, Linear Algebra, Calculus III, Advanced Calculus, and Numerical Analysis.
