The Religious Studies specialization in Humanities requires 18 semester hours in Religious Studies beyond any courses taken to complete the GEC and the Humanities Core. This specialization requires students to take one Religious Studies “V” course, two Religious Studies courses from the “C,” “M,” or “P” periods (not from the same period), and three approved Religious Studies elective courses.

In addition to the Religious Studies specialization described here, the University offers a minor in Religious Studies. Consult the Religious Studies section for program details.
